Nutritional Therapy uses a foundational, holistic approach focusing on the importance of a properly prepared nutrient-dense, whole foods diet. I practice a bio-individual approach on each client while concentrating on the 5 essentials that make up a healthy person: digestion, hydration, blood sugar balance, proper fatty acid, and mineral absorption. Nutritional Therapists do not treat or diagnose disease but rather balance the body’s chemistry as a whole. Every person is different; therefore, every person has different nutritional needs.
